Recycle your Christmas tree if you can by shredding it for mulch
Prune trees especially apples and pears

Repair and re-shape lawn edges
Keep putting out food and water for hungry birds
Ventilate the greenhouse on sunny days
Clean pots and greenhouses
Dig over any vacant plots that have not been dug already
Plan your vegetable crop rotations for the coming season
Clear ponds of falling leaves and keep a check for freezing over
Top up your wood store / fire logs
