Office Administrator Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to management team.
– Handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers and colleagues.
– Maintain accurate records and databases.
– Assist with quote preparation and scheduling.
– Coordinate work assignments and resource allocation.
– Manage office supplies and equipment.
– Assist with recruitment activities.
– Contribute to office policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Previous administrative experience, preferably in similar industry.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility and adaptability.
– Positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
