From idea to reality…… The GP Process

 

This is how we administer each job to help clarify the process….

 

  • Customer enquiry – customer contacts office, office registers relevant job and customer details, the office teams books a free no obligation quote visit
  • The quote visit –  relevant staff member carries out a garden visit, and records job detail and customer requirements
  • The quote – the job plan and costings are generated – a quotation is then emailed or posted to customer
  • Quote accepted – customer to call or email office advising acceptance
  • Works scheduled – job date scheduled and customer advised
  • Garden work carried out – gardeners / landscapers on site
  • Any snagging, queries or concerns from customers actioned
  • Works signed off by customer and GP Garden Services
  • Works invoiced – payment due on receipt of invoice by cheque, cash or bank transfer
